Change & Cancellation Policy

To provide every guest with exceptional, personalized service, we adhere to a 24-hour change and cancellation policy.

Because each reservation is a private, dedicated service, once your vehicle is confirmed and scheduled, it is exclusively reserved for you and cannot be reassigned.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
  • This policy also applies in cases of flight delays, diversions, or cancellations due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your flight is affected, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will make every effort to adjust your travel plans when feasible.
  • Many credit card companies offer travel protection or trip insurance, which may cover these situations.

Please note that if your flight is canceled or diverted on the day of service, the full fare will be charged, as the vehicle and chauffeur have already been reserved exclusively for your journey.

Delays & Conditions

We always strive for punctual, smooth service, but please understand that we can’t be responsible for delays caused by accidents, weather, road closures, or unsafe driving conditions.

Quoted rates are estimates and may change if there are extra stops, unexpected delays, or reroutes due to road closures.

Residential/Hotel Pickups – 30 minute grace period is included. After that, wait time will be billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Commercial Flight Arrivals – We will track the flight and arrive before the plane lands. 45 minute grace period is included. After that, wait time will be billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments. 

Private Flight Arrivals – We will arrive at the set pickup time. 30 minute grace period is included. After that, wait time will be billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Brio Limo is Pet Friendly – Please be advised that a cleaning fee may be applied for excessive pet hair or extra cleaning due to your pet being in our vehicle. This cleaning fee will be determined by our Management Team and will be billed at the vehicle’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

Payment & Fees

A credit card is required at the time of booking.

There will be a $600 minimum cleaning fee for any damage or excessive mess inside the vehicle (such as spilled liquids or vomiting).

For everyone’s comfort and safety, all vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking occurs, your driver may end the trip without a refund, and a $600 smoking fee will apply.

Commercial Flight Issues

If you experience flight delays, cancellations, or connection issues, please call dispatch right away so we can try to adjust your reservation.

When we schedule an airport pickup, we reserve both the car and driver exclusively for you — meaning they’re unavailable for other clients during that time. If your flight is canceled or diverted while the driver is already en route or waiting, the full fare will still apply.
