Finding a reliable way to get my kids to private school was a huge headache for us because of our work schedules changing constantly. We decided to contract with them for the school year and it has been the best investment we made for our family's routine.

They are never late. The car is always warm in the winter and the driver waits until they are safely inside the building before driving off which is a huge deal for us. It takes so much stress off our plates knowing the transport is handled by professionals and the cars are top quality suvs.

I also like that the office is easy to reach if we need to change a pickup time or if school lets out early due to weather. They are very flexible and professional and always pick up the phone.

Safety is the only thing I care about when I travel alone late at night and that is why I book with them. arriving at newark at midnight is stressful but seeing the text with the driver's info before I even got my bags made me feel so much better.

The car was locked when I approached and the driver verified my name before letting me in which I really appreciated. It didn't feel like a random taxi ride it felt like a private security service where they actually tracked the trip. The drive home was smooth and quiet and I felt completely safe the whole time. I am willing to pay a bit more for that peace of mind every single time.

Lana's Limo -- What a great, reliable company. I will never use any other car service. Lana was very kind and helpful when we made the reservation. (We left a message on a Sunday and she returned our call within an hour.) James kept in touch with us during pickup day, providing updated information regarding our driver. Javier was very professional. I also greatly appreciate that the price they give you is inclusive of all fees, tolls, and gratuity. No guessing, no surprises. Our first time using Lana’s for a drop off and pickup 10 days later at JFK. I made a mistake on my reservation, and when we arrived at JFK I realized there was no car waiting. I called Lana and she was able to get us a driver back to westchester with only 30 minutes notice. She was so gracious about my mistake. I’m a customer for life!
