To accommodate our clients as best as possible, we offer a waiting grace time of 15 minutes at the scheduled pick-up location. After the initial 15 minutes, a waiting fee of $15 will be added in 15-minute increments to the final rate. After 30 minutes of waiting time the rate will automatically be an hourly rate depending on your vehicle. We understand that situations can arise that are beyond your control. If you anticipate that you may be delayed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and schedule.
We understand that airport issues such as security backups and slow luggage carousels can sometimes cause delays in our clients' arrivals. For that reason, we offer a 60-minute complimentary wait time on all domestic flights and international flights. Once your flight status has changed to “arrive” from the airline, the complimentary wait time begins. After the complimentary wait time a waiting fee of $15 will be added in 15-minute increments to the final rate.
We understand that flight delays can be a source of inconvenience for our clients. If your outbound flight is delayed we highly recommend keeping your reservation as planned to go to the airport. We have seen many flight delays suddenly go back to their original departure time without much warning. Otherwise, if your pick-up time is less than 4 hours away, you have the following options: You can take advantage of our complimentary 15-minute waiting time to accommodate for any minor delays. If you prefer us to wait for you, we offer the option to put your vehicle “On Demand” for an hourly rate depending on your vehicle type. You may choose to cancel your ride at full cost. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You should also check with your airline since they do have a reimbursement policy in most cases for any fees that caused you inconvenience.
We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your booking with us. To ensure that our chauffeurs are compensated for their time and to minimize any inconvenience caused to them, we have a cancellation policy in place. For all pick-ups, we require at least 4 hours notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel your pick-up less than 4 hours before the scheduled time, the full trip cost will be applied. This charge is to ensure that the chauffeur who was on their way to the pick-up location is compensated for their time and expenses. We ask for your understanding that our chauffeurs may lose other trips available for that day if a cancellation is made, and this policy helps to cover their lost work.
If you need to make any changes to your route, stops or extra pick/drop offs, please call our office at 224-800-4114. Any unarranged route changes without calling the office to approve are automatically subject to an hourly rate depending on your vehicle type, in addition to the original rate for the trip. Gratuity given to a chauffeur does not count for an unarranged route fee.

If you need to change to a different vehicle on your set reservation past the 24 hours from receiving your confirmation the rate of the change would need to be the same or greater than the original reservation rate. A change fee of the difference will be added to your change as needed. All vehicles include a minimum hourly fee with a 15-minute buffer. After the minimum and complimentary 15 minutes, you will automatically be charged the hourly rate based on your vehicle type.
Your time starts at the reserved pick-up time and ends at the final drop-off location.
Our hop-on/off service is included at no extra cost. Feel free to leave your belongings in the vehicle, but please note that you will be responsible for their safety. Additional Hours: Each additional hour will be added to your bill after the trip has been finalized.
For your safety, our drivers will stop in a safe location for drop-off and pick-up. Event Pickup: If you require an event pickup, kindly provide a parking ticket. If this is not possible, you will need to walk to the vehicle for your safety and convenience.
Payment is required to secure all special vehicle reservations. Our team will be happy to assist you with any payment-related questions you may have.
We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your booking with us. To ensure that our chauffeurs are compensated for their time and to minimize any inconvenience caused to them, we have a cancellation policy in place. We kindly remind you that all special vehicle orders are required to be paid in full and are non-refundable 30 days before reservation date.
If you have arranged a pick up and we do not hear from you within 45 minutes whether at the airport or at a residence/business this is considered a “NO SHOW” and we would release our chauffeur at full cost plus waiting fees.
Unless agreed upon with a reservation specialist and it is in your confirmation any extra stop over 1 is considered an hourly on demand 3-hour minimum.
For the safety of our passengers and vehicles, we do not allow luggage to be placed on the seats. All luggage will need to be in the trunk or designated storage area. Clients are responsible to wear seat belts for their safety. Pickups and drop-offs should always be in a safe manner away from oncoming traffic.
All vehicles are non-smoking, and the use of illegal substances is prohibited. Eating is not allowed in vehicles. We reserve the right to terminate service if these rules are violated.
Please note that we do not provide alcohol as part of our service. Also, in the city of Chicago, it is unlawful to have alcohol in a vehicle without a security guard on duty inside the vehicle. If you, the client, choose to bring alcohol into the vehicle, you are solely responsible for your own behavior and any consequences that may result. We reserve the right to terminate the service immediately and without a refund if any illegal or inappropriate behavior is observed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
As a convenience to traveling families we offer car seats but we do not install them for safety reasons. A guardian is responsible to make sure the car seat is installed correctly and that the infant/child is properly secure.
In the event of damage or bodily fluid spills to a vehicle, a fee from $750 up to $15000+ depending on the vehicle type and daily rate will be charged. This fee is to cover the damage, cleaning, anything needed, and the amount of time the vehicle and chauffeur will be out of commission.
We strive to provide the best possible service to our valued clients. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal belongings, whether it occurs before, during, or after transit. Additionally, we kindly request that you double-check your belongings before exiting our vehicles, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost items left behind. However, we understand that sometimes items can be forgotten, and we are happy to assist in their return. Our chauffeur will make every effort to promptly return forgotten items at the earliest opportunity for no fee but if there is a time issue and the chauffeur needs to return we will gladly arrange for a fee to apply for this service.
